CBYX stands for Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange-- it's an exchange program funded by the Department of State for high school students to go to Germany for a year. 250 students are selected each application cycle, and I have been blessed to be able to have this wonderful opportunity for 2012-2013. In the posts to come, I will will not only chronicle my application and study abroad experience, but also everything else in between.
