I finally got on board with my cooking goal. However, there's still one thing that drives me nuts. Due to my OCD nature, I cannot stand it when something doesn't look neat or just..."right." So as I was writing down some Chinese recipes to possibly share with my German host family (if they like Chinese food), I could not help but stare at the glaringly crooked Chinese characters that did not sit on the notebook's lined paper in the perfect way.

As a result, I am now going to document those recipes on this blog :) Let the transferring begin!
