Long story short, I'm trying to build a portfolio in preparation for applying to ESL/ college prep jobs in Asia. I know, I know--it's quite a long way off. But teaching in Asia is a dream that I very much wish to fulfill. In order to be competitive for those positions, I need to have some evidence, and that's where you come in.
