1. When people speak in a disrespectful tone, it drives me insane. I don't care what you say, but please take care as to how you say it. When I was having problems with my last host family, the AFS contact person would always blow it off, saying that it was a cultural difference or language barrier. Sometimes, it is. But in my case it clearly wasn't. I flat out told him: Tone is universal. I don't care how much you try to defend them--it is obviously a character problem.
2. When people don't reply to something important, I will be one second away from having a panic attack--German companies don't always have the best costumer service--I'll leave it at that. Normally, if someone doesn't reply to a email or phone call regarding less important personal matters, I just take it as they aren't interested. And honestly, in these cases, I'll stop bugging them. Everyone needs their personal space once in a while. But, if they do it too much, I think that's also quite disrespectful. The only case worse is when I type something extremely informative or thorough, and then the person replies with a one line, grammatically incorrect sentence. That just makes me want to shoot myself in the head. But yeah, I understand that some people can only communicate through texts these days.
3. Excluding/smirking at others is completely unacceptable, and I don't get why people do it so much. I assume it's just a way to boost their undeveloped ego, but really, it's just inconsiderate. People often forget what it's like to be in others' shoes. And sure, you may think it's fine now, but you'll see the effects when it's your turn to be in the dumps.
