This is a rant post because I can barely stand the current situation anymore. I hope that all men and women, boys and girls on this planet will be able to understand this at some point in their lives because it will save them a lot of energy from heartbreak, feelings of loneliness, and worthlessness. I bring this up today based on 3 experiences where I have seen this absolutely not work, part of them being mine. And I'm sorry if I sound harsh or annoyed, because even though I should be putting on the face of compassion, it's difficult. This post will be done in list order, just because I really don't have the wisdom to elaborate at this current moment.
1. Stop changing your photo a million times. Your appearance is not the problem. Be happy with the way you look--unless you are unhealthy and there is something you can do about it, it will never be an issue on my radar.
2. Stop drinking excessively. It really won't help you at all. Go get engaged in community activities with other people. Do the opposite of exactly what you want to do, and you will feel much better.
3. It's not that I don't care about you, but I can promise that if this goes on, you will never be who you were meant to be.
4. The reason is not because I think you have shown too much love and I got bored. The reason is because I realized that you don't have your own "battery"--you are not plugged into anything that can give you power (In my opinion, this should be God, because you cannot find your identity anywhere else. But if you aren't Christian, (and even if you are), you should still have your own endeavors). The problem always comes when you start to become me. I don't want you to become me, and I don't need you to like everything I like. I need you to be satisfied with what you are doing.
5. I don't just want to talk to people on Valentine's Day. I'd appreciate it if any other day was chosen.
6. I just don't see our lifestyles working at all, much less the age gap.
7. Your worth should not be based on how much I care about you. Your worth is set by God, and that never changes.
8. I am a human--not a celestial being.
9. At first, you choose with your heart. Then you choose it with your brain. But the biggest thing is to just give it to God. If he approves, you can watch it work. If he doesn't, nothing you do can change it. Listen to God first :)
